VFRS meetings are held monthly, at 7 pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month. If you’d like to join us, please contact us at vfrswebmaster505@gmail.com and we’ll send the location. Club members usually gather at 6 pm for the meeting. Come and join us! Minutes of the meeting are emailed to club members afterwards.

Board of Directors meetings are held as needed before major events and are open to all members of the club.  Adequate notice of meetings is emailed to the club members.
